Regional Mountain Center of Central Asia (RMCCA)
The mandate of RMCCA is to promote cooperation between the Central Asian countries for the conservation of mountain ecosystems and sustainable use of their natural resources. The work of RMCCA focuses on climate change, green growth, and sustainable development. RMCCA liaises with the Central Asian political partners and governmental experts working on biodiversity and climate change, organizing national consultation meetings, and facilitating discussions between policy-makers at regional and national levels.
