KAP Results – Additional – 22 April 2023

This document details the results of Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices (KAP) surveys conducted at four sites: Jidely, Karoy, Koktal, and Meteostation. The surveys covered environmental changes observed over the last 5-10 years, awareness of climate change, and its perceived consequences on agriculture and wildlife. Participants highlighted changes such as increased extreme weather events, reduced crop yields, and more frequent wildlife conflicts. Preferred information sources included TV, radio, and newspapers, with government agencies and broadcast media being the most trusted sources.
