PAVA Tool
About the PAVA Tool
The Protected Area Vulnerability Assessment (PAVA) Tool is designed for use by protected area management staff and partners. The tool helps users better understand which aspects of a protected area are vulnerable or resilient to climate change.
The assessment is intended to gather feedback from protected area personnel, including protected area managers, rangers, and research staff. The tool may be completed through individual interviews or in a focus group setting.
Collection of Personal Information
The PAVA Tool is the only part of the CAMCA website that collects personal information directly from users.
Users may be asked to provide contact information, such as an email address and/or phone number, in order to save assessment progress and entries for future reference and to access completed assessments at a later date.
By submitting your contact information, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purpose of providing access to and saving progress and entries for future reference when completing the PAVA Tool.
Users may also choose to provide separate consent to be contacted for the purpose of providing feedback on the PAVA Tool.
